Some of the very best Red Sea diving can be experienced from the shores of Dahab on the Gulf of Aquaba, a tranquil and beautiful alternative to the hustle and bustle of Sharm El Sheik to the south. Dahab offers over 20 dive sites to explore, including the legendary and almost mythical Blue Hole and the spectacular Canyon. Red Rock's location in Dahab means you are never far from a world class dive site.
Shore diving dominates the Dahab scene and offers a wide range of environments to hover over, including of course stunning coral gardens and sheer drop-offs, which are home to a kaleidoscope of shimmering reef fish. Your shore diving experiences are easily extended to include boat safaris to the south at Gabr El Bint and camel safaris along the stunning coastal path to the Bedouin settlement of Ras Abu Galum in the north.
Many people familiar with Dahab will have their preferred dive school. However, those new to the area may wish us to arrange PADI dive courses, from beginner level all the way up to professional status, and guided diving packages with full equipment hire. Just let us know your requirements when you are booking your apartment and we will arrange everything for you including a door to door pick up service. If you are arranging your own diving, your dive center will be happy to arrange the pick up from Red Rock.
