Booking terms & conditions:

To secure your apartment we will require a 50% deposit.  The balance will be due one month before your arrival and payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer to our UK or Egyptian accounts, or by Paypal with a 4% service charge.

 

Cancellation Policy:

The following charges will be incurred:

​Less than 4 weeks 100%
4 - 6 weeks 70%
6 - 8 weeks 50%

8 - 10 weeks 25%

More than 10 weeks 0%

Damages:

There will be a charge for any damages or losses at cost replacement price, please respect our homes as you do your own. Any damages or losses should be reported immediately to Amr.
